Our Engineering and Operations team will be performing maintenance on our internal management systems. During this maintenance window, customers may see an interruption in their management portals and help center windows for a short period of time. This maintenance will not impact customer websites, servers or services. This maintenance focuses on internal backend infrastructure only. We will be disabling the ability to resize Cloud servers starting at 10AM ET on October 7th to ensure any of these workflows have finished before our maintenance period. We will re-enable the ability to resize as soon as the maintenance has finished.
