Sunday morning (2019-02-03) at 1:00 AM EST we will be performing an upgrade to our phone network. It is likely that we will experience up to 10 minutes downtime for this system during which any active calls will almost certainly be dropped and any incoming calls will not be properly received or routed. If there are any issues during this upgrade, it should be a quick and easy process to roll back to the old hardware.
