Our operations team will be performing required technology refresh maintenance on our infrastructure starting 17 July 2019 through the next several months. Nightly maintenance windows will be from 10pm EDT through 6am EDT (Monday - Friday).
You will receive email/ticket notice specifying which night(s) your platform(s) will be impacted. In order to ensure the utmost accuracy, notices will be sent approximately 48 hours prior to your system being updated.
During your maintenance window, you will encounter brief issues loading the management portal as well as some web pages. (approximately 2 to 5 minutes on manager portal, 4 to 25 minutes per websites (depending on size))
We will work to minimize downtime during this process.
