During scheduled evening maintenance, our operations team began deploying security patches to update server kernels to address the CVE-2026-74580 (vghost kernel vulnerability). Following the application of the patch and server reboots we identified a subset of our parent servers did not come up cleanly.
Our engineering and development teams are actively addressing the down server and are working to bring them back online.
Restoring affected parent servers and stabilizing services is currently our highest priority.
