We have successfully resolved the issue on the parent server host9048.c.lan.xvps.liquidweb.com. All associated virtual machines and impacted services have been restored and are currently functioning as expected. Our engineers will continue closely monitoring the parent server and the affected VMs to ensure stability and prevent further disruptions.

Identified

The blade swap resulted in missing LVM volumes associated with the virtual machines under the parent. Engineers are currently working on recovering the affected VMs.
