WebPros has stated that the issue has been resolved and that servers should begin to renew licenses properly. If you are still experiencing issues logging in, feel free to contact us via chat or email and we can expedite the resolution.
Monitoring
cPanel has been working on improving the performance of their licensing servers and implemented changes. We are seeing access to WHM and cPanel restored without intervention from support.

It has been brought to our attention that a large subset of our cPanel customers are seeing an error message when attempting to log into WHM.
