On Monday, September 26, 2022, between 12:00 PM ET - 6:00 PM ET, our Engineers will be performing maintenance on a backend technology to improve the performance of various dependent services.
We anticipate the maintenance will result in slight latency experienced across various services (listed below) for up to 10 minutes. The potential for a ‘503 - Service Unavailable’ triggering during the maintenance exists for the following services:
- Initiating an Acronis, Cloud, or cPanel backup restores - Updates to Object Cache or SAN objects - Initiating website creation via stencil - Opening a ticket attachment
