421 Misdirected requests after upgrading to ea-apache24-2.4.65

The recent update to ea-apache24-2.4.65 is once again causing HTTP 421 errors on servers running Nginx standalone (Engintron) or behind load balancers. We are downgrading the version to resolve the issue and have contacted cPanel for a permanent fix.
