Starting on January 15th, 2023, at 09:00 PM (EST), our Network Team will be performing emergency maintenance to update the Load Balancer equipment on the network in order to increase network stability. This maintenance will require network access to be interrupted to your server. Although the maintenance window will remain open for 4 hours, until January 16th, 2023 at 01:00 AM (EST), this window will help to ensure that your service isn’t inadvertently interrupted in the future. The expected interruption experienced due to this maintenance is 2 hours or less. This will not require any action on your part.

This maintenance is expected to be service affecting, and for that we apologize, but it is necessary in order to provide platform stability going forward. If you experience any issues or witness any abnormalities that last beyond the expected maintenance window, please do not hesitate to let us know.
