Our network infrastructure is undergoing an important upgrade to enhance performance and reliability.
- Maintenance Window: October 15, 2025, at 11:00 PM EDT
- Expected Duration: Up to 4 hours
- Impact: During this maintenance, temporary interruptions at both Layer 2 and Layer 3 levels may occur as each node is cycled out of service. While configuration changes on NSX Manager will not be blocked, they might experience some delays. During this process, traffic will be rerouted as nodes are taken offline one by one. This may cause momentary service delays. IPSEC VPN tunnels will drop and automatically reestablish on new nodes; this should be seamless and transparent to end users.
